Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud.


• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Project Financial Management and Portfolio Management processes.


• Design scalable Oracle Fusion PPM solutions aligned with client business processes and compliance requirements.


• Configure and manage Oracle Fusion PPM modules including:


• Project Foundation


• Project Costing


• Project Billing


• Project Contracts


• Project Control


• Project Execution Management


• Project Financial Management


• Manage project lifecycle activities including:


• Requirement workshops


• Solution design


• Configuration


• SIT/UAT support


• Go-live


• Hypercare support


• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions using:


• OIC


• REST/SOAP APIs


• FBDI


• BI Publisher


• OTBI


• Drive integration discussions with Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Procurement, and Fixed Assets.


• Provide functional leadership to consultants and mentor junior team members.


• Manage client stakeholders, conduct steering meetings, and provide status updates to leadership.


• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.


• Identify risks/issues proactively and drive mitigation plans.


• Support proposal creation, solution estimation, and pre-sales activities where required.


• Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases and recommend process improvements and product enhancements.

Key skills required

• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP / SCM, with at least 2–3 years in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing


• Strong understanding of:


• Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing, Work Orders, Shop Floor Execution)
