Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team
Leader – Operations & Planning to oversee production planning,
operational coordination, and team management. The role involves ensuring
smooth execution of manufacturing operations, efficient resource utilization,
and timely delivery of projects by coordinating with multiple departments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations and planning team to
  ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.
  
• Develop and implement production planning and scheduling to meet project timelines and customer delivery commitments.
  
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, quality,
  and logistics teams for seamless operations.
  
• Monitor daily production progress, identify bottlenecks,
  and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure proper material planning and inventory coordination to avoid production delays.
  
• Track order status and ensure timely completion and dispatch
  of projects.
  
• Maintain MIS reports, production dashboards, and operational
  performance reports for management review.
  
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives within operations.
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines,
  and operational procedures.
  
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance productivity and
  performance.
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in production planning, operations
  management, and team leadership.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and operational
  priorities simultaneously.
  
• Excellent problem -solving and decision -making skills.
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills with
  cross -functional teams.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
  
• Experience in manufacturing or electrical equipment industry
  (preferably transformers) is an added advantage.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
