Manager - Product Operations at BikeDekho

The Operations Manager position is for the Bikes Business (BikeDekho) at CarDekho. BikeDekho is one of the fastest growing two-wheelers research destination in India with over 1 Million users accessing it every month. With BikeDekho, our vision is to enable the 16 Million+ two-wheeler buyers (every year) in India, to make well informed and hassle-free bike purchases.

Operations Manager position is designed to be at the heart of BikeDekho, and will work directly with the Product Head. The candidate is expected to be extremely versatile, organized, well spoken and hard working with a "do whatever it takes" attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and take end-to-end ownership of proposed product initiatives, driving the requirements gathering in coordination with key teams including - Data, Design, Technology, QA and Third Parties


• Initiate and manage partnerships and licensing opportunities with third parties, including hiring agencies, data companies, API providers and design companies whenever required 


• Keep a quality check on completeness as well as accuracy of product data (both factual and editorial content) and set up or improvise on existing processes to achieve higher data/content quality.


• Develop and maintain management reporting of product activities, including Product Roadmap, Weekly Tracking, Product Releases, and ad hoc reports as needed


• Define success metrics for various initiatives and track them on a regular basis to draw insights, helping us improve BikeDekho as a platform

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical capabilities. Should be able to track relevant data and use them as inputs in monitoring product-related operations


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 


• Exceptional attention to details


• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive initiatives without authority


• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint


• Experience in product management or as an analyst would be a plus
