Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Manager – Renewable Energy Projects to lead the execution and maintenance of solar energy projects. This role requires strong admin experience, solid project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders across locations.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead execution, installation, and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.

  
  

• 
  

  Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

  
  

• 
  

  Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.

  
  

• 
  

  Troubleshoot on-site challenges to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  
  

• 
  

  Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols at all project sites.

  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 
  

  B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

  
  

• 
  

  6–10 years of relevant on-site experience in solar project execution and O&M.

  
  

• 
  

  Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  
  

• 
  

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  
  

• 
  

  Familiarity with project management tools or software is an advantage.
