our Digital Solutions team. This diverse team of
technology-savvy problem solvers delivers expertise across customer platforms,
data and analytics, cloud and business applications, and digital transformation
initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients align technology with
their business goals, improve financial operations, and create lasting value
through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

·       Lead and deliver strategic
finance and technology consulting engagements for clients across the public,
private, and not-for-profit sectors.

·       Serve as a trusted advisor to
client leadership teams, providing guidance on finance transformation,
technology strategy, business process optimization, and operational
improvement.

·       Provide advisory services in
areas including finance strategy, governance, planning, business alignment,
process redesign, solution design, system selection, project management, and
finance systems optimization.

·       Lead solution design,
configuration, and implementation activities for Sage Intacct and related
technologies, including Microsoft Power BI and third-party applications.

·       Develop integrated business
solutions that address people, process, and technology requirements.

·       Design and document business
processes and workflows, including:

o   Project and grant management

o   Revenue recognition

o   Invoicing

o   Accounts payable and accounts
receivable

o   Financial reporting

·       Oversee data migration
activities, including data assessment, cleansing, validation, and loading into
Sage Intacct.

·       Lead business transformation,
operational improvement, organizational effectiveness, performance
optimization, and risk management initiatives.

·       Manage multiple client
engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and
aligned with client expectations.

·       Build and strengthen client
relationships while identifying opportunities to deliver additional value and
services.

·       Manage engagement financials
including utilization, budgets, forecasting, work-in-progress, billing,
collections, and profitability.

·       Gather, analyze, and interpret
information through research, interviews, workshops, surveys, and stakeholder
engagement sessions.

·       Prepare and deliver client
presentations, reports, recommendations, business cases, and executive
summaries.

·       Quickly develop an understanding
of client business operations, objectives, strategic priorities, and key risks.

·       Facilitate project kickoffs,
executive workshops, and collaboration sessions to establish governance,
responsibilities, timelines, and success measures.

·       Lead project teams and coordinate
resources to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

·       Review work products for quality,
completeness, and accuracy while providing coaching, mentorship, and
performance feedback to team members.

·       Monitor project progress,
communicate status updates, and proactively address risks, issues, and
stakeholder concerns.

·       Ensure project documentation and
delivery standards are maintained throughout engagements.

·       Support and lead business
development activities through proposal development, solution design,
presentations, client workshops, and thought leadership initiatives.

·       Contribute to practice growth
through service development, recruitment, team mentoring, and continuous
improvement initiatives.

·       Build knowledge of MNP's
services, industries, and client solutions while promoting cross-functional
collaboration.

·       Develop and maintain
relationships within the business, technology, and Sage partner communities.

·       Contribute new ideas,
innovations, and process improvements that enhance service delivery and team
effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business,
  Technology, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  
• 7+
  years of consulting, technology, ERP implementation, or enterprise
  application experience.
  
• 2+
  years of experience leading project teams, client engagements, or
  consulting workstreams.
  
• Experience
  implementing and supporting Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Business
  Central, NetSuite, or similar ERP and financial management solutions.
  
• Experience
  within the Construction, Real Estate, Property Management, Professional
  Services, or Not-for-Profit sectors is considered a strong asset.
  
• Demonstrated
  client-facing consulting experience with a proven ability to manage senior
  stakeholders and deliver successful business outcomes.
  
• CPA
  designation or practical accounting and financial management experience is
  considered an asset.
  
• Experience
  leading finance transformation, ERP implementation, system optimization,
  and process improvement initiatives.
  
• Experience
  managing project financials, resource planning, budgets, and project
  profitability.
  
• Proposal
  development, sales support, and business development experience is
  considered an asset.
  
• Experience
  mentoring and coaching team members is considered an asset.
  

• Strong accounting, financial reporting, and
  business process expertise.
  
• Solid
  understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  
• Experience
  with financial systems design, configuration, implementation, and
