## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. \n\n\"1. Achieve sales target for Karnataka region for Low Voltage Products and solutions \n2\\. Responsible for empanelment of our full PD solutions \n3\\. Identify and appoint Channel Partners / Integrators for the identified products. \n4\\. Map \u0026 target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory. \n5\\. Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team. \n6\\. Get Approvals from OEM, PB, End Users. \n7\\. Provide technical support to partners / customers on products and applications. \n8\\. Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments. \n9\\. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. \n10\\. Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales. \n\" \n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBachelor\u2019s Degree with Master\u2019s degree is highly desirable \nMinimum of 8 \u2013 10 years field sales experience\n\n## Skills:\n\nRequires product application knowledge for switchgear (ACB\u2019s, MCCB\u2019s Control Products, LV Drives \u0026 Soft Starters, MCB\u2019s,Distribution Boards ), switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry \nSolid negotiation skills and market intelligence\n
