Job Description - Manager / Senior Manager Valuation

? WE’RE HIRING | MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER – VALUATION

? Location: Mumbai

? Experience: 3–8 Years

? Department: Commercial & Advisory

? Qualification: MBA (Finance) / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

We’re looking for an experienced Valuation professional to join our Commercial & Advisory team and take ownership of end-to-end valuation assignments across real estate and related asset classes.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently execute and manage valuation assignments from initiation to completion

• Undertake valuation studies using relevant valuation methodologies and industry practices

• Lead and monitor team members involved in assignment execution

• Review financial models, analyses, reports and client deliverables for quality and accuracy

• Ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and address valuation-related queries

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery

• Take ownership of critical departmental responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and client presentations

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 3+ years of relevant valuation experience

✅ Hands-on experience in real estate and related asset classes

✅ Strong understanding of valuation methodologies

✅ Experience in residential and commercial asset valuation

✅ Team handling and review capabilities

✅ Strong report review and quality-checking skills

✅ Client relationship and stakeholder management experience

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills

✅ Exposure to business development initiatives

? QUALIFICATION

• MBA – Finance

• B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

• Other relevant qualifications may be considered based on experience and suitability
