Manager - SSC Collaboration

· Develop and implement standardized operating
procedures to enhance process efficiency.

· Oversee the end -to -end execution of SSC -led
projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

· Monitor compliance with project guidelines,
regulatory requirements, and reporting protocols.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
to ensure timely project completion.

2. Business Analytics

· Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
for SSC operations.

· Leverage data analytics to drive insights, measure
impact, and improve decision -making.

· Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and
dashboards for management review.

· Ensure financial oversight, budgeting, and cost
control for SSC initiatives.

3. Interpersonal Communication
& Stakeholder Management

· Act as a liaison between SSCs, government bodies,
industry associations, and training providers.

· Engage with stakeholders to drive collaboration,
resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

· Represent the organization at meetings,
conferences, and policy discussions.

· Maintain strong relationships with key partners to
facilitate seamless execution of projects.

4. Skilling Ecosystem 

· Stay updated on national and international skilling
policies, industry trends, and best practices.

· Contribute to policy discussions and provide
insights on skill development initiatives.

· Work towards improving industry engagement and
employer participation in skilling programs.

5. Management Consulting &
Result Orientation

· Provide strategic insights and recommendations for
optimizing SSC functioning.

· Identify gaps and opportunities for program
improvement and sustainability.

· Develop innovative solutions to enhance training
