Manager-Export & Import

• Managing and planning import process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time
• Overseeing the issue of import licenses and completion of monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner
• Controlling all documentation related to the export process, ensuring necessary documentation is provided to customers to enable them to receive the products without delay
• Monitoring the preparation and dispatch of customer export orders, and planning/directing the flow of air and surface traffic to the final destination
• Ensuring compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations
• Reporting follow up (KPIs, cost of goods analysis, material costs)
• Participation in budget building for the function.
