This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely bill cycle execution, rapid resolution of production issues, and proactive prevention of service disruptions. The individual will collaborate closely with multiple technical and business teams to maintain service stability and customer trust.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Execute and monitor bill cycle runs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.\n * Identify, analyse, and resolve issues arising during billing, rating, and re-rating of CDRs.\n * Manage incident tickets and work orders across multiple departments, supporting rapid service recovery.\n * Perform corrective actions on erroneous data through controlled manual interventions and approved workarounds.\n * Contribute to proactive error prevention by identifying recurring issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\n * Provide L2 application operations support, maintaining stability of production environments.\n * Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors across the IT lifecycle, including incident, problem, change, and release management.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * An experienced IT operations professional with strong hands-on exposure to telecom billing systems, particularly Amdocs Ensemble or Enabler.\n * Confident in working with Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Rating applications in a production environment.\n * Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.\n * Comfortable administering Linux/Unix systems, including shell scripting and Perl.\n * Experienced in using IT service management tools such as ITSM or Remedy.\n * A clear communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to work collaboratively across teams.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
