Job Summary:

Performs routine legal work. Addresses legal questions and projects under the supervision of others.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Performs limited routine legal work Addresses legal questions and projects or assists a more experienced attorney for a portion of their work in more complex legal questions and projects Conducts limited independent research Performs limited document and contract reviews regarding specific project application Works with more experienced lawyers to begin understanding the application of legal analysis Builds professional experience and learns the practical aspects of applied law, as well as the functions of the business Demonstrates some specialization proficiency in an area of law, specialty, function, or geographic region

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Degree in law
License to practice law in home jurisdiction
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Experience:

Minimum level of relevant experience required.

1. Contract Review and Negotiation:
a. Conducting thorough review, redline and negotiation of contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and mitigating legal risks.
b. Reach out for managerial guidance for non-standard and complex clauses/negotiations.
2. Contractual Advisory Services:
a. Providing strategic advisory services on contractual matters/disputes, offering comprehensive guidance to stakeholders on contract drafting, interpretation, and negotiation strategies.

3. General Advisory:
a. Delivering timely and insightful general advisory support to various business units, addressing a wide range of legal inquiries and concerns, including disputes and regulatory matters to mitigate legal risks and optimize business operations, fostering a culture of compliance.

4. Project Management:
a. Assisting under managerial guidance in advising and managing diverse projects.

7. Litigation Support: Assisting in the management of litigation matters and coordinating with external counsel under managerial guidance. 
8. Training: Developing under managerial guidance and delivering training sessions to employees on relevant legal topics.

a. Assisting in corporate governance matters and regulatory filings pertaining to supply chain.
