Marketing & Operations Associate

GalaxEye is a deep-tech space company building next-generation Earth observation capabilities. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and creative Marketing & Operations Associate who can support both our marketing initiatives and day-to-day office requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—combining creativity, coordination, vendor management, events, and operational execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Coordination

• Coordinate with external marketing, branding, design, PR, and creative agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
  
• Assist in planning, creating, and managing creative content for GalaxEye’s social media platforms.
  
• Support the development of social media calendars, campaign ideas, posts, captions, and other marketing collateral.
  
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to collect information, updates, photographs, and content required for marketing activities.
  
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across marketing and communication materials.
  
• Assist with basic marketing research, competitor tracking, and campaign coordination.
  

Events & External Engagements

• Support the planning and execution of company events, facility visits, conferences, exhibitions, launches, and internal engagement activities.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, agencies, guests, and internal teams for smooth event execution.
  
• Manage event logistics, including invitations, branding materials, merchandise, giveaways, and other collateral.
  
• Assist with guest coordination, delegation management, schedules, hospitality, and on-ground execution.
  

Vendor, Merchandise & Gifting Management

• Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding materials, corporate merchandise, employee gifts, and other requirements.
  
• Manage requirements such as business cards, brochures, banners, standees, welcome kits, and other company collateral.
  
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, compare options, and coordinate orders and deliveries.
  
• Maintain records of vendors, orders, costs, inventory, and timelines.
  

Office & Administrative Support

• Provide support for smaller office and operational requirements as and when required.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  
• Assist with maintaining inventory of marketing materials, merchandise, gifts, and office collateral.
  
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure proper follow-up and closure.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand coordination, events, communications, operations, or a similar role.
  
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  
• Creative mindset with an eye for branding and communication.
  
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, designers, printers, and other vendors is preferred.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  
• Ability to follow up independently, manage timelines, and ensure tasks are completed.
  

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, highly organised, and willing to take ownership. This is not a purely desk-based marketing role—the person will be expected to actively coordinate with vendors, agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders, while also contributing creatively to GalaxEye’s brand and marketing presence.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable switching between planning a social media campaign, coordinating an external agency, organising an event, arranging corporate gifts, following up on business card printing, and managing delegation logistics—all in the same week.
