drive marketing and sales growth.
Key
Responsibilities
· Develop
and execute marketing strategies to generate high -quality leads and build a
robust sales pipeline.
· direct
client Close high -value sales deals through meetings, negotiations, and
relationship -building.
· Meet and
exceed revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding
existing accounts.
· Lead
sales teams, mentor juniors, and foster a collaborative, high -performance
culture.
· Analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize
campaigns and strategies.
· Manage
client relationships end -to -end, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
· Minimum
8+ years of overall experience in marketing/sales, with at least 5+ years in a
senior managerial role.
· Proven
track record of closing deals, generating revenue, and achieving sales targets
in a B2B environment.
· Self -motivated
leader who thrives in fast -paced settings and excels as a team player.
· Strong
skills in lead generation, client networking, digital marketing, and CRM tools.
· Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; willingness to travel for
client meetings.
· Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Location:
Mumbai (with flexibility for Delhi office collaboration).
