About DScribe

DScribe, by Unriddle Technologies Pvt Ltd, builds clinical operating infrastructure for Indian hospitals. Our tablet-and-stylus platform replaces paper inpatient records without asking doctors to change how they work. Doctors continue to write by hand, and DScribe takes care of the rest: shared access across the care team, NABH compliance, AI-generated discharge summaries and operational insights.

We are growing fast, and we are building the team that will take DScribe to its next stage.

About the job

Marketing & Design · Mid–Senior · Full-time · Reports to Co-founder

DScribe has grown mostly through word of mouth and has been featured in The New Indian Express. As Marketing & UX Lead, you will build our marketing function from the ground up and own how hospitals experience DScribe, from the first campaign to the product itself.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run digital marketing across SEO, paid campaigns, email, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  
• Define and maintain brand guidelines, messaging and tone of voice.
  
• Manage PR, hospital case studies and founder thought leadership.
  
• Lead UX research with hospital users and deliver wireframes and flows to the tech team.
  
• Own the dscribe.in website: content, design, SEO and conversion.
  
• Work closely with the BD team so marketing brings in qualified hospital leads.
  

Minimum qualifications

• 4 years of experience in marketing.
  
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools and GA4.
  
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
  

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in UX or product design.
  
• Experience creating brand guidelines and running PR.
  
• Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS marketing.
  
• A balance of creative thinking and focus on measurable results.

Marketing and BD share one goal: qualified hospital conversations that convert. You will be measured on lead quality, not just lead volume.
