Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with hands -on experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and content creation. The role focuses on managing social media activities, coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting website content updates, and ensuring brand -aligned communication across platforms. The candidate must be organised, detail -driven, and comfortable working in a structured, process -oriented marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Content Creation:
Create clear, engaging content for social media posts, marketing campaigns, website pages, blogs, and email communication.
Develop and edit basic graphics, creatives, and visual assets using tools such as Canva or similar.
Support website updates by adding new content, coordinating with designers/developers, and ensuring accurate and SEO -friendly publishing.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets aligned with the brand guidelines.
Campaign & Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn ads, boosted posts, and basic paid promotions.
Track performance metrics for campaigns and social media activities, and document insights for optimisation.
Maintain a structured posting workflow and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
Work with the graphic design team to ensure all campaign visuals are brand -consistent and delivered on time.
Website & Digital Operations:
Coordinate website content updates, including service pages, banners, blog uploads, and product details.
Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword placement, on -page updates, and content optimisation.
Work with internal or external teams to ensure website visuals and communication match brand standards.
Maintain organised digital asset libraries, ensuring all marketing files are updated and properly archived.
Strategic Marketing and Coordination:
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning and content strategy.
Assist in organising webinars, virtual events, and promotional programs.
Follow standard operating procedures for all marketing tasks, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across communications and campaigns.
Experience:
Technical Skills:
Hands -on experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms, ad managers (especially LinkedIn), and basic digital marketing tools.
Good understanding of website content updates; exposure to website builders is a plus.
Prior experience with ZOHO applications for marketing is an added advantage
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail with a process -oriented working style.
Ability to track metrics and interpret basic marketing performance data.
