Role Summary

A reputed stainless steel fastener manufacturing company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support its business development and sales operations team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience in handling quotations, purchase orders, customer communication, documentation, and order execution activities. The selected candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the sales team, and various factory departments to ensure the smooth execution of orders and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and respond to customer emails and enquiries promptly.
  
• Prepare quotations and share them with customers after obtaining the necessary approvals.
  
• Process customer purchase orders and ensure their accurate entry into the system.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
  
• Prepare job cards for bulk orders and monitor production requirements.
  
• Generate requisitions and continuously track material availability until dispatch.
  
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, stores, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Maintain regular follow-ups regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  
• Provide customers with dispatch-related documentation, including lorry receipts (LR), test certificates, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  
• Maintain and update purchase order records and management information system (MIS) reports.
  
• Prepare weekly reports related to order execution, dispatch status, and customer requirements.
  
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  
• Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or operations management will be an advantage.
  

Experience Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role.
  
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
  
• Experience in the engineering, fastener, steel, or industrial products sector will be an added advantage.
  

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  
• Experience working with ERP software and order management systems.
  
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
