We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-commerce & Brand Executive to manage product presentation, content, and marketplace operations across Amazon and other e-commerce channels.

The role combines creative content, brand storytelling, product listings, marketplace management, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be able to translate product features and brand positioning into compelling customer-facing content while ensuring listings remain accurate, compliant, visually engaging, and optimized for marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for product listings, product imagery, visual storytelling, A+ Content, and other e-commerce assets.
• Translate product features, USPs, and brand positioning into compelling copy and customer-focused content.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop engaging product presentations and maintain a consistent brand experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve product presentation, differentiation, discoverability, and customer engagement.
• Manage day-to-day Amazon marketplace presence across India and international markets.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate and complete product listings and catalog information.
• Conduct regular audits of product pages to identify opportunities related to content quality, compliance, accuracy, and visibility.
• Coordinate with Product, Brand, Creative, Design, and other teams for product launches and marketplace content updates.
• Ensure product information remains consistent and accurate across different markets and sales channels.
• Ensure marketplace content follows applicable Amazon requirements, category guidelines, and brand standards.
• Monitor catalog health, product categorization, listing quality, and marketplace compliance.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, catalog issues, content discrepancies, and other marketplace-related problems.
• Maintain accurate product information, images, descriptions, attributes, and other required marketplace content.
• Support continuous improvements to e-commerce content and product detail pages based on customer needs and marketplace requirements.
• Track marketplace changes and emerging e-commerce best practices to improve product presentation and execution.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, brand management, digital content, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon product listings and e-commerce content.
• Strong understanding of Amazon catalog management, product detail pages, A+ Content, product attributes, and marketplace requirements.
• Strong creative and content-writing skills with the ability to communicate product features, USPs, and brand positioning effectively.
• Good understanding of product imagery, visual storytelling, and e-commerce creative requirements.
• Experience working with creative, design, product, and brand teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on content accuracy, consistency, quality, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to conduct listing audits and identify content, catalog, compliance, and visibility issues.
• Understanding of marketplace operations, categorization, catalog health, and listing issue resolution.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple products, markets, and content updates.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and manage changing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with other e-commerce marketplaces, digital marketing tools, content-management systems, or creative tools is an advantage.
• A strong interest in e-commerce, consumer brands, digital content, marketplace growth, and customer experience.
