Job Title: Marketing Executive – Hypermarket

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute in -store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for co -branded promotions and offers
Manage digital marketing activities (social media, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing)
Monitor and analyze customer footfall, sales data, and campaign performance
Ensure effective visual merchandising and branding across the store
Work closely with store operations to align marketing activities with business goals
Conduct local area marketing (LAM) activities such as events, flyers, and tie -ups
Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, printers, and media vendors
Track competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements
Handle customer engagement initiatives and loyalty programs

Salary: 38,000 INR Per Month

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of retail marketing and consumer behavior
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and campaign data
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast -paced retail environment
