As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will work closely with marketing, category management, sales, operations, and design teams to create compelling shopper experiences that influence purchase decisions at every touchpoint. You will play a critical role in developing and executing activation programs, promotional campaigns, merchandising initiatives, and retail marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and improve business performance.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities, possesses strong analytical skills, and is passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze shopper behavior, purchase patterns, and market trends to develop effective marketing strategies.
Design and execute shopper marketing initiatives across physical retail and digital channels.
Develop and implement trade marketing and brand activation campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Plan and manage in-store activations, promotional programs, bundling strategies, merchandising initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with category and sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and product priorities.
Work with brand partners and stakeholders to co-create high-impact promotional and visibility campaigns.
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop point-of-purchase materials, retail communication assets, and digital creatives.
Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.
Track key performance indicators such as sales uplift, customer retention, conversion rates, and promotional effectiveness.
Build scalable marketing frameworks and playbooks that can be replicated across multiple locations and channels.
Identify opportunities to improve shopper experiences and strengthen customer loyalty.
Stay updated on emerging retail trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
3–6 years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, Retail Marketing, or related functions.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail environments, and purchase decision drivers.
Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and activation programs.
Expertise in developing trade marketing strategies that drive product visibility and sales performance.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, campaign metrics, and customer insights.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, category management, marketing, operations, and design.
Excellent project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
