Job Description - Marketing Manager


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organization’s products and services.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.
  • Manage online and offline promotional activities, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing results and ROI.
  • Handle social media marketing, digital promotions, and content planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, seminars, and business development activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with company branding guidelines.
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team for achieving departmental targets.
