Our flagship New Delhi office is the hub for marketing, sales, and e-commerce growth. You’ll work directly with our India CMO  to own front-end growth while supported by a backend CRM/automation specialist.

What You’ll Do

Paid Ads Mastery – Launch & scale campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart. Optimize for CPA, ROAS & volume.

Funnels & Conversion – Build and optimize high-converting D2C funnels tailored for Indian buyers.

Campaign Management – End-to-end execution: audience, creatives, copy, landing pages, reporting.

Growth Experiments – Test offers, angles, and hacks to find India’s growth levers.

✅ What We Are Looking For

• E-commerce Warrior and A Performance Marketer First: Proven experience in scaling DTC ecommerce brands (supplements/fitness a huge plus).
• Hands-On Full-Stack Marketer: You can go from concept → funnel → ads → copy → launch without hand-holding. You build and run campaigns yourself—not just manage agencies. 
• Growth Mindset: Data-Driven- you speak CTR, CAC, ROAS, AOV fluently. Numbers guide your creativity. Obsessed with metrics, conversions, and testing until something works.
• India Market Savvy: Deep understanding of what makes Indian consumers click, buy, and stay loyal. You know what drives India buyers from awareness to checkout.
• Fitness & lifestyle passionate (bonus, not mandatory)
