Master Trainer - BFSI

·       Establish and manage the day-to-day operations of the training center.

·       Insurance subject matter expert, IC-38 certified or Insurance advisor

·       Ensure the center is fully functional with adequate infrastructure,
systems, internet connectivity, and learning resources.Approaching and screening the
Target Group – enrolling for the Skilling course

·       Lead a team of 4-5 manpower and ensure the key
deliverables expected from the team at location

·       Coordinate for guest lectures, industry sessions, and expert
interactions.

·        Ensure candidates are adequately
prepared for the IC-38 certification examination and coordinate examination
scheduling following the training plan impact

·       Liaise with IRDAI approve training partners, insurance companies, and
other employers to facilitate interviews, placements, and post-placement
support.

·       Achieve project targets related to enrollments, training completion,
certification, and placements.

·       Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, certifications,
placements, and beneficiary documentation.

·       Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and
project updates.

·       Monitor center expenses and ensure timely submission of bills,
reimbursements, and supporting documents.

·       Ensure compliance with project guidelines, donor requirements, and
organizational policies.

·       Submit daily or weekly reports
to the Location Leader/project manager

Requirements

·       IC-38 Certified, Specialized in Insurance,
Rich work Experience in BFSI , Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or
a related field (preferred).

·       Minimum 5–7 years of experience
in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.

·       Open to travel and relocate at
the project location

·       Strong leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Familiarity with community
mobilization and training processes.

·       Fluency in the local language
and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

Preferred Attributes:

·       Experience in BFSI, Insurance advisory, or educational programs.

·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Flexible, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.
