You will lead the end\u2011to\u2011end procurement planning execution, ensure supplier punctuality and performance, and strengthen integration across purchasing, logistics, warehousing, quality, and manufacturing teams. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.\n\nYour Key Responsibilities\n\n * Own end-to-end procurement planning and execution, ensuring supplier punctuality, lead-time performance, and reliable material availability for production and customer demand.\n * Manage raw material replenishment and inventory levels by defining reorder quantities, frequencies, and maintaining alignment with the overall supply chain inventory strategy.\n * Monitor supplier performance and compliance, addressing issues such as delays, damages, shortages, and deviations while maintaining high purchasing data quality.\n * Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and supply processes by coordinating activities across purchasing ,quality, logistics, procurement, suppliers, and warehouse teams.\n * Maintain and execute the supply plan (Buy \u0026 Transfer), ensuring visibility of incoming and outgoing supply flows and supporting an efficient Plan\u2013Source\u2013Make\u2013Deliver cycle.\n * Resolve supplier non-conformances and supply risks through structured follow-ups, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and collaboration with procurement to strengthen vendor partnerships.\n\n\n\nWe Bring\n\n * A global, diverse, and inclusive working environment.\n * Opportunities to grow in a highly dynamic and multicultural organization.\n * A fair, competitive, and market-aligned compensation package.\n\n\n\nYou Bring\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field from a reputed institution.\n * 2\u20135+ years of experience in procurement planning, supply chain, materials management, or related functions.\n * Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP ECC, and MS Office; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.\n * Deep understanding of Materials Replenishment Planning, MRP methodologies, supply network planning, and inventory management.\n * Proficiency in inventory management and DDMRP principles; APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.\n * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data insights into supply performance improvements.\n\n\n\nAbout dsm-firmenich: \n\nAt dsm-firmenich, we don\u2019t just meet expectations \u2013 we go beyond them.
