·      Qualification:  Regular /Full Time  Bachelor's/Master’s  degree in  Mathematics preferably with B.Ed

College Level : Assistant Professor/Associate Professor

Qualification: Regular /Full
Time Master’s  degree in  Mathematics with one of the
qualification (M.Phil/NET/SET/Ph.D)

General Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years Teaching Exp
  
• Strong command of mathematical concepts across various levels.
  
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
  
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for mathematics in students
  

, Curriculum Planning and Delivery.

• Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans in accordance with the school/College curriculum and educational standards.
  
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and engage students in the subject matter.
  

Classroom Instruction:

• Facilitate interactive and participatory classroom discussions.
  
• Use technology, visual aids, and real-life examples to enhance understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  

Student Assessment:

• Administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' comprehension and progress.
  
• Provide constructive feedback to students and regularly communicate with parents on academic performance.
  

Student Engagement:

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation and collaboration.
  
• Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs or competitions.
  

Individualized Support:

• Provide additional assistance to students who may need extra support in understanding mathematical concepts.
  
• Implement strategies to cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  

Professional Development:

• Stay abreast of educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in the field of mathematics.
  
• Participate in professional development opportunities offered by the schoo/Collegel.
  

Parent Communication:

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and other communication channels.
  
• Collaborate with parents to support students' academic and personal growth.
