Requirements:

MBBS degree from a recognized medical college with registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Prior clinical exposure during internship, including rotations in ICU, OPD, Emergency Medicine, Ward, and OT.
Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and familiarity with advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) protocols.
Hands -on experience or training in intubation techniques, ventilator management, and central line procedures.
Strong understanding of emergency care protocols and patient stabilization techniques.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast -paced clinical environments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic hospital information systems.
Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
