Summary:

We are seeking a detail -oriented and compassionate Medical Officer to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high -quality medical care while ensuring seamless integration with national health initiatives such as Ayushman Bharat. Your expertise in clinical assessment, documentation, and coordination with TPA networks will be instrumental in enhancing patient access to affordable healthcare services. You will serve as a critical link between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance systems, ensuring timely approvals, accurate claim processing, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to public health outcomes while working within a robust, technology -enabled healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements:

MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Minimum 1 year of post -qualification experience in clinical practice, preferably in a hospital or primary care setting.
Proven experience in working with Ayushman Bharat schemes, including claim processing and patient onboarding.
Familiarity with TPA operations, including understanding of insurance workflows, claim submission processes, and network provider protocols.
Strong knowledge of medical coding, documentation standards, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
Proficient in using EHR systems and digital health platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, insurers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under time -sensitive conditions.
Willingness to work in a fast -paced, patient -centric environment with a focus on service delivery and accuracy.
