Job Description - Medical Officer

  • Provide regular medical assessment and clinical care to residents.
  • Monitor residents’ health conditions, vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Conduct medical consultations and identify health concerns at an early stage.
  • Coordinate with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals when required.
  • Review and update residents’ medical records and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure proper medication management and follow-up of prescribed treatments.
  • Attend to medical emergencies and coordinate timely referrals when required.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Social Worker, Nurses, Caregivers, and Therapists to ensure comprehensive resident care.
  • Provide guidance to staff on basic health, hygiene, infection prevention, and emergency procedures.
  • Communicate with residents’ families regarding relevant medical updates when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure residents receive respectful and dignified care.

    Experience
