Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced (1-4 years) Medical Sales Representative for Mumbai. The candidate must have experience of at least 1+ years in a reputed pharma company and at least for one year in the same geography/City. They have good rapport with the Pharmacies and top Distributors in the city with good working knowledge of the terms and conditions of the Pharma Distribution channel like discounts offered by distributors to pharmacies, payment terms, discounts offered by pharmacies to customers, etc.

They are someone who can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tie up with Pharmacies for execution of customer orders.
• Get company agreement signed by pharmacies in specified timelines.
• Train Pharmacies on the process for receiving, processing and execution of App orders.
• Coordinate with call centre team for resolving execution issues of partner pharmacies.
• Manage payment settlement with partner pharmacies.
• Ensure timely submission of reports by partner pharmacies like GMV, product-wise sale report, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in a reputed Pharma company.
• Working knowledge of the terms and conditions of the Pharma Distribution channel prevailing.

Desired Requirements:

• Must have worked in the same geography/City for at least one year.
• Must have own two-wheeler for better mobility to be used for company field work. 

Qualities:

Must have good rapport with the Pharmacies and top Distributors in the city.
