Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations in OPD, IPD, emergency, and ICU settings.
  
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including ECG, TMT, ECHO, and other relevant investigations.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, and systemic disorders.
  
• Manage critically ill patients in the ICU with expertise in life support, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced interventions.
  
• Lead and participate in emergency medical response, including resuscitation and acute care management.
  
• Maintain accurate, up -to -date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
  
• Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to clinical training and quality improvement initiatives.
  
• Stay current with medical advancements and evidence -based practices in internal medicine and critical care.
  

Requirements

• MBBS degree with MD in Medicine from a recognized medical council (Government recognized).
  
• Minimum of 3 years of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  
• Proven proficiency in ICU management, including ventilator support, sepsis management, and critical care protocols.
  
• Hands -on experience with ECG interpretation, TMT (Treadmill Test), and Echocardiography (ECHO).
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex medical cases in OPD, Emergency, and IPD environments.
  
• Strong clinical decision -making, patient communication, and documentation skills.
  
• Valid registration with the State Medical Council and any required government certifications.
  
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties as required.
