Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team -oriented, fast -paced clinical environment.
Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical medical practice.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving clinical standards and protocols.
