The Role & Technical DepthOur systems require low-latency, highly resilient infrastructure to handle complex multi-agent orchestration. We are looking for an infrastructure engineer to fully own our environments, lead an upcoming cloud migration, and build the foundation for our AI workflows.
Architect from Scratch: Design, secure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, orchestration layers, and CI/CD pipelines for our new AI-first tech stack.
Foundational Migration: Fully own and execute the transition of our core infrastructure from historical setups into a clean, modern, immutable framework.
Production Guardrails: Implement deep monitoring, log aggregation, and real-time alerting systems to ensure dynamic AI loops don't experience state drift or silent failures in production.
Our Expected Stack: Heavy reliance on GCP / AWS, Docker / Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / OpenTofu), modern CI/CD tools, and shell scripting.
Who You Are
Experience: 2+ years of core DevOps/Infrastructure experience.
Startup DNA: Highly preferred if you have spent time in fast-paced, high-growth startups. You must be entirely comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting technical requirements.
Strong Fundamentals: You understand network layers, operating system internals, and distributed systems at a first-principles level. Tool fluency is secondary to deep foundational knowledge.
In addition to assessing your technical/coding experience, expect at least 2 rounds to assess your communication & articulation ability, general aptitude, attitude and cultural fitment.
