Elemental Realty is a growing real estate development company focused on delivering high-quality residential projects. We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services across our construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works from design through execution.


• Review MEP drawings and ensure alignment with architectural and structural plans.


• Supervise contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.


• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues promptly.


• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.


• Coordinate with internal design and project management teams for seamless project execution.


• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and progress updates.


• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.


• Ensure timely completion of MEP activities without compromising quality or safety.

Required Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.


• Prior experience in high-rise residential projects is highly preferred.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Services.


• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar engineering software.


• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.


• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and sustainable building practices.


• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Experience working in on-site construction environments.

Preferred Candidate

• Currently working as an MEP Engineer, MEP Project Engineer, Building Services Engineer, or Site Engineer.


• Experience in residential real estate or high-rise construction projects.


• Ability to independently manage MEP execution and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Compensation

• CTC: ₹6–6.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
