MERN Stack / Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack / Full Stack
Developer with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate
will be proficient in developing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB,
Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack, possess strong knowledge of AWS cloud
services, and have expertise in web technologies and databases. The candidate
should be able to work collaboratively with cross -functional teams to deliver
high -quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js,
React.js, Node.js) stack.
2. Design and implement user interfaces using React.js and other frontend
technologies.
3. Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
4. Develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3,
Lambda, and RDS.
5. Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding
practices and architecture design.
6. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to
gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
8. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and
AWS cloud services.
10. Document code and processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge
transfer.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in MERN stack development.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend
technologies.
4. Experience with React.js and Redux for building user interfaces.
5. Solid understanding of backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
6. Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
7. Proficiency in AWS cloud services including but not limited to EC2, S3,
Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
8. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and
deployment.
9. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
10. Excellent problem -solving and debugging skills.
11. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
12. Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced, dynamic environment and meet
deadlines.
