MES Recipe Developer

Role Summary

The Recipe Developer will be responsible for configuring and
developing MES recipes, workflows, and related components in alignment with
functional specifications and defined standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop
  and configure MES recipes, workflows, and batch execution logic based on approved specifications.
  
• Create
  and configure recipe objects, equipment tracking, and workflows within the MES system.
  
• Implement electronic batch records (EBR) aligned with manufacturing
  processes.
  
• Participate
  in functional requirement discussions and support translation into
  configuration.
  
• Follow
  defined development standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
  
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing and FAT activities.
  
• Support
  preparation and execution of test cases as per test specifications.
  
• Maintain
  proper version control and configuration migration across
  environments.
  
• Resolve defects and issues identified during testing phases.
  
• Collaborate
  with the Recipe Lead and MES Architect for technical alignment.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with GxP and validation requirements during development.
  

Key Deliverables

  test results and defect resolution logs
  
• Support
  for test execution and FAT activities
  
• Updated configuration and migration documentation
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience
  in MES platforms (preferably Emerson Syncade)
  
• Hands -on
  experience in recipe development and configuration
  
• Understanding
  of manufacturing processes (pharma preferred)
  
• Basic
  knowledge of GxP and validation practices
  
• Familiarity
  with integration concepts with automation systems
  
• Strong
  attention to detail and problem -solving skills
