MIS Executive

About the Role

Swayamvar is looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage business reporting, generate reports using Genisys software, and analyze data to provide meaningful insights to management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Genisys, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Candidates with experience in retail operations, particularly multi-store retail environments, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and download reports from Genisys as per business requirements.


• Compile, consolidate, and format reports for different departments and stakeholders.


• Analyze reporting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights.


• Support management with ad hoc reporting and data analysis requirements.


• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of MIS reports.


• Present data in a structured format to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Genisys software is mandatory.


• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.


• Experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.


• Retail industry experience is strongly preferred.


• Experience supporting reporting across multiple retail stores will be an added advantage.

Job Details

• Work Location: Moosapet, Hyderabad (Work from office)


• Working Days: 6 days a week


• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM


• Compensation: Up to ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience


• Sunday Overtime: Paid separately, if applicable
