Mobiliser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and community-driven Mobiliser to
engage individuals from underprivileged communities and encourage their
participation in education, skill development, and livelihood programs. The
role involves building trust within the community, spreading awareness, and
ensuring maximum enrollment and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct
  door-to-door visits and community meetings to create awareness about
  programs
  
• Identify
  and mobilise eligible candidates for training and development initiatives
  
• Build
  strong relationships with local leaders, schools, and community groups
  
• Organise
  counselling sessions, workshops, and awareness drives
  
• Maintain
  records of mobilised candidates and follow up for enrollments
  
• Support
  the admission process and documentation of candidates
  
• Coordinate
  with training and placement teams to ensure candidate retention
  
• Track
  daily/weekly mobilization targets and submit reports
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good
  communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability
  to influence and motivate people
  
• Basic
  understanding of community dynamics
  
• Minimum
  Graduate 
  
• Basic
  knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience
  in fieldwork, sales, or community outreach
  
• Prior
  work with NGOs, CSR projects, or skill development programs is an
  advantage
