Job Description - Motion Designer - CCOE

Design and animate high -quality motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects for 2D
and mixed media videos

â Edit raw footage into polished narratives using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After
Effects

â Collaborate with scriptwriters, storyboard artists, voice -over artists, and creative
directors to bring projects to life

â Adapt content to different formats including social media, vertical reels, and
platform -specific edits

â Integrate AI -powered tools or plugins to optimize animation, editing, or localization
workflows

â Follow structured project pipelines including versioning, rendering, backups, and review
cycles

â Maintain visual consistency and branding across multiple projects and clients

â Participate in brainstorming sessions for new creative ideas, formats, and techniques

Requirements

â Adobe After Effects – advanced level

â Adobe Premiere Pro – expert level

â Proven experience in 2D animation, motion design, and video editing

â Clear understanding of the end -to -end video production workflow

â Familiarity with AI tools, automation plugins, or asset generators relevant to video
creation

â Strong design sense, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail
