Role and Responsibilities:
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the efficient management of schedules and sales documentation distribution. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting the sales manager and team in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation and presentations.
Preparing sales quotations for clients and ensuring timely follow-up.
Acting as a liaison between various departments and clients to align services with client needs, budget, and timeline.
Collaborating with the sales team to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective sales strategies.
Active participation in sales meetings, providing updates on progress and presenting improvement strategies.
Generating reports and minutes to track progress and highlight strategies for enhancing sales performance.
Possessing a solid understanding of the freight forwarding business, including processes, terminology, and best practices.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales coordination within the freight forwarding industry. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
