As a MuleSoft + AWS - Senior Associate, you will engage in the dynamic field of Software and Product Innovation, focusing on Software Engineering. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work directly with clients to deliver innovative solutions that leverage the power of MuleSoft and AWS technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions that meet client needs.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and deliver value to our clients. You will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, guiding and mentoring junior team members. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing software solutions using MuleSoft and AWS technologies
- Managing the integration of enterprise applications to enhance system functionality
- Conducting code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
- Utilizing API management and microservices to streamline application development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Applying analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Leading the adoption of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Designing and maintaining software architecture to support scalable solutions
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
- Mentoring junior team members in software development methodologies and best practices

- Mule2 certification, knowledge on AWS STEPFUNCTION, AWS AppFlow, AWS Glue.

- Good to have knowledge on IICS.

- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
