Requirements:

MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (DCH or MD Pediatrics) or equivalent.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
Completion of a recognized neonatology fellowship or training program (preferred, but not mandatory for fresher candidates with strong academic performance).
Strong foundational knowledge of neonatal physiology, pathology, and pharmacology.
Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation protocols (NRP certification is highly desirable).
Excellent clinical decision -making, problem -solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in high -stakes, time -sensitive situations.
Commitment to patient -centered care, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and on -call duties.
