Job Description - Nephrologist

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nephrologist to join our hospital team, where you will play a vital role in diagnosing and managing complex kidney disorders. This position is central to patient care, focusing on the treatment of renal conditions and overseeing critical procedures such as kidney transplants to ensure optimal health outcomes for our community.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases, including those requiring dialysis.
Lead and perform kidney transplant evaluations, surgeries, and post-operative care management.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and medical histories.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, and dietitians, to provide holistic care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic strategies to improve renal function and overall well-being.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital standards.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in nephrology or a related medical field.
Demonstrate specialized proficiency and hands-on experience in kidney transplantation procedures.
Hold a valid medical license and relevant board certifications required for hospital practice.
Exhibit strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex cases with precision.
Maintain a commitment to patient safety and adherence to medical ethics.
Salary range for this position is between ₹5.5 and ₹6 lakhs per month.
