About the Role

We are seeking a Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core and hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React. The ideal candidate is not just a skilled coder but also a great communicator who can lead small teams, manage client expectations, and deliver robust, scalable, and testable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using .NET Core and Angular/React.
Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.
Take ownership of projects/modules and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and growth.
Manage client communication effectively, understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and suggest improvements for existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3 to 5 years of hands-on development experience with .NET Core.
Strong proficiency in Angular or React (minimum 2+ years).
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Entity Framework.
Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead small teams and handle client interactions confidently.

Good to Have

Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud Services.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
Exposure to unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Jasmine, etc.).
