We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer L2 to manage, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

  Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot L2/L3 network issues and resolve incidents within SLA.

  
  


• 
  

  Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle network incidents, service requests, and change requests.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform network monitoring, performance analysis, and issue resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing-related issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with NOC, infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform network configuration, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain network documentation and incident reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in planned maintenance and support activities.

  
  

Required Skills:

• 
  

  4–6 years of experience in Network Engineering / Network Operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in network troubleshooting and incident management.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of network monitoring tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of firewalls and network security concepts.

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  
  


• 
  

  CCNA/CCNP certification will be an added advantage.
