TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER

Job Description:

To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrable team management experience in complex environment
• Hands On Experience of the open technologies – Python and good knowledge on Angular/React/VueJS, is a must
• Expertise in interfacing with client as part of project related activities
• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Team Management, process management and compliance with quality standards; ensuring project delivery within time, cost and quality specifications
• Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• Knowledge of full stack development would be a plus
• Creating and reviewing scope of work for projects
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software technologies is necessary
• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and leader
• Problem solving skills are a must
• Good communication skills – oral and written – are important

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead one or more team(s) of developers working on projects
• Define the project plan and ensure agreement with all stakeholders
• Process management and compliance; project monitoring and management to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality
• Provide technical leadership to the team

• Create project tracking report and reviews
• Interact with the client for project management, reporting, deliverables and day-to-day relationship management

Experience:

• 6-8 years of total experience.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Team Leader.
• Development experience is must.

Qualification: B.Tech. /B.E. /M.E. /M.Tech. /MCA
