Occupational Health Safety Inspector

Job Title: Occupational Health & Safety Inspector

Location: Assam
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Safety (Industrial Safety preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor health & safety practices at construction site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, rules, and regulations
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify hazards
• Ensure use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, jackets, etc.)
• Promote safe working practices and awareness among workers
• Report accidents/incidents and maintain safety records
• Ensure availability of first aid, emergency response, and fire safety systems
• Coordinate with contractor and project team on safety matters
• Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in road/highway or infrastructure projects
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Good communication and coordination skills
