As an OCI Architect - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing cloud and network architecture solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will engage with clients directly, leveraging your skills to deliver innovative solutions that align with their strategic goals. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, applying your strategic advising skills to drive project success and maintain operational excellence. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions to support client needs
- Developing and executing cloud infrastructure architecture strategies, incorporating AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
- Overseeing network design and deployment, confirming seamless integration and performance optimization
- Managing enterprise architecture frameworks to align with business objectives and enhance IT operations
- Guiding teams in troubleshooting and resolving network security issues, utilizing firewall and network security protocols
- Collaborating with stakeholders to model business processes and drive platform engineering initiatives
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for cloud virtualization and infrastructure improvements
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to deliver tailored IT service management solutions
- Promoting the adoption of strategic questioning and storytelling to convey complex technical concepts effectively

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) deployment
- Utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
- Applying architecture frameworks and enterprise architecture (EA) in complex environments
- Leading strategic questioning and storytelling to drive client engagement
- Managing network security performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Innovating cloud infrastructure architecture design and virtualization strategies
