Job Description

1. Pantry & Beverage
   Service 
   Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages to employees and visitors on
   time. 
   Ensure hygiene and quality while preparing refreshments. 
2. Cleanliness &
   Hygiene 
   Maintain cleanliness of pantry, utensils, coffee machines, and storage
   areas. 
   Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times. 
3. Office Support 
   Assist in serving refreshments during meetings, trainings, and
   events. 
   Support admin team with basic office tasks as assigned. 
4. Equipment Handling 
   Operate and maintain pantry equipment carefully. 
   Report any damage or malfunction immediately. 
5. Timeliness &
   Discipline 
   Adhere to office timings and service schedules. 
   Follow company policies and instructions from admin/supervisor. 
6. Behaviour & Conduct 
   Maintain polite and professional behaviour with staff and guests. 
   Ensure confidentiality and respect workplace etiquette. 
7. Delivery Coordination
   & Logistics Handling 
   Coordinate with vendors and delivery personnel for office orders,
   supplies, and pantry stock. 
   Receive, verify, and organize delivered items while ensuring timely
   distribution to the concerned departments. 
   Maintain records of incoming deliveries and report any discrepancies or
   delays to the admin/supervisor.
