Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Senior QA Lead for a SaaS product testing and roll-out.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead all of the QA efforts by working with onsite and offshore team members, stake-holders, and effectively orchestrating the            end-end functional testing, content testing, regression and performance testing.

·         Own the complete QA process from Requirement analysis till Production deployment.

·         Implement the latest QA practices to ensure high quality and efficiency in QA delivery.

·         Need to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from Product owner, BA till Customer support.

·         Monitor and deliver on key QA KPIs and related metrics.

Must Have:

·         8-10+ years of experience in QA agile projects.

·         At least 4+ years of experience in leading QA Teams and owning all QA deliverables.

·         Good in Test strategizing, planning and estimation.

·         Good experience in full STLC, Test estimation, Test scenarios identification, Cross browser and Mobile Device testing.

·         Good experience in Testing with APIs, Databases, Datawarehouse and Reports (strong SQL experience).

·         Experience in Exploratory testing methods and exploratory tools like qTest.

·         Experience in BDD / TDD / Gherkin.

·         Experience in using different troubleshooting tools for Browser & Mobile app testing like Charles, Fiddler.

·         Experience in using QA management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, VersionOne etc.

Preferred:

·         Prior experience on eLearning projects.

·         Good in building Excel reports, dashboards.

·         Experience in API automation using Postman or JMeter or SOAPUI.

·         Performance testing experience using JMeter.

·         Analytics Tag validation.
