Hiring: Onsite IT Sales Recruiter (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Chennai

Hiring Exposure: US / Europe Markets

Work Mode: Onsite

Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for interview the very next day
Experience: 10+ years
salary: 20 LPA

We are looking for experienced Female IT Recruiters with strong expertise in hiring IT Sales professionals for global markets.

Mandatory Experience:

â Hiring for SaaS Sales roles

â Hiring for Enterprise Sales positions

â Hiring for B2B IT Sales roles

â Strong understanding of sales KPIs – ARR, quota, pipeline, deal size, etc.

â Experience hiring Sales Managers, BDMs, Enterprise Sales Executives, Account Managers, etc.

Preferred Background:

Recruiters from Product -based IT / SaaS companies

Recruiters from reputed IT staffing or consulting firms with strong IT Sales hiring exposure

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in closing IT Sales positions

• Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills

• Understanding of sales compensation structures

• Experience working on US/Europe hiring requirements

• Hands -on experience with ATS tools like Ceipal, Zwayam, Workable, etc.
