Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Sales Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, and B2B IT Sales professionals for US and Europe markets from India. The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience hiring high-performing sales professionals for product-based IT or SaaS organizations.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

â 10+ years of IT Recruitment experience.

â Strong experience hiring SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, and B2B IT Sales professionals.

â Experience hiring for US and Europe markets from India.

â Strong understanding of IT Sales KPIs including Quota, ARR, Deal Size, Pipeline, and sales compensation structures.

â Experience hiring Sales Managers, Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Enterprise Sales Executives, and similar roles.

â Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.

â Proven track record of successfully closing IT Sales positions.

Preferred Profile

â Recruiters from Product-based IT companies / SaaS companies (First Preference).

â Recruiters from reputed IT Consulting or Staffing firms with strong IT Sales hiring exposure.

â Experience working with global hiring teams and US/Europe talent markets.

Important Requirements

? Only Female Candidates.

? Candidates must be based in Chennai or Hyderabad.

? Must have experience hiring IT Sales professionals for US or Europe markets from India.

? Shortlisted candidates will have an interview scheduled the next day.
